What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, only credit card payments are accepted.
Under no circumstances, will any of your credit card payment information be stored or saved.
In specific cases and upon request, with the signing up of an annual plan, payment by bank transfer may be accepted.
How do I get an invoice?
You can easily get an invoice for any of your purchases.
You can access and manage your invoices from your profile on the platform. In the 'Invoices' section, you will find all available invoices.
Is there a minimum commitment of time when signing up for a plan?
Cool Tabs plans are monthly and are automatically renewed every 30 days, but they have no permanence. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time.
From the moment you cancel, there will be no more charges.
Can I sign up for an annual plan?
You can purchase your Cool Tabs plan on a monthly or annual basis. If you choose the annual plan, instead of paying 12 monthly payments, we will charge you 10.
Can I try Cool Tabs for free?
At Cool Tabs, we have a free trial period of the platform. The Free Trial allows you to try any of our plans for 7 days free. You will be able to use all the applications and tools, with no limitations other than those of the plan itself.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan, from your profile, in the 'Your plan' section.
From that moment, no further charges will be made to your account. You will be able to continue enjoying the remaining days of your current plan until the date of the next billing cycle.
How can I request a refund?
Generally, once a subscription to one of our plans has been charged, it will not be refunded. However, Cool Tabs offers a refund guarantee to those users who, having an active subscription to a plan, have not made a real and effective use of the platform.
In this case, you will be able to request a refund for the current billing period, and will not be able to request a refund of previous fees.
To request a refund, just contact us at help@cool-tabs.com, indicating the email address associated with your Cool Tabs account, so we can evaluate your case and we can make the refund.
What if I forgot to cancel my subscription?
If you have tried the Free Trial, using the applications and tools of the platform and, after 7 days, you forgot to cancel it, or having a paid plan, you forgot to cancel the subscription, we are sorry, but the payment is not refundable.
In this case, if you do not currently need to use the plan, we will keep it for you until you need it again.
Cancel your subscription, and contact us at help@cool-tabs.com, to let us know what happened. Your account will be converted to a free plan. When you need to reactivate the plan, just contact us again, so we can reactivate it for free.
