QUIZ WITH ONE-PAGE QUESTIONS
Template that allows you to set up a quiz in which content and personal data form questions are displayed on the same screen.
What does it include in the template?
The template is already preconfigured. It includes:
- Landing with main and background image, as well as a field to add a description explaining the action and how to participate.
- Quiz form with questions and answer options.
- Data form with the fields (name, surname, and email) the participant must fill in to participate.
- Legal bases page to include the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
- Thank you page.
The template allows you multiple options to configure your campaign. Edit the configuration and customize it to suit your needs. Adjust the dates and add your logo and texts to give it the look & feel of your brand.
By default, the personal data form is displayed after the content questions. You can disable it, if you do not want to capture personal data.
