What does it include in the template?

The template is already preconfigured. It includes:

  1. Landing with main and background image, which you can modify, and a field to add a description to explain the action and how to participate. Data form with the fields (name, surname, and email) the participant must fill in to participate.
  2. Participation form: NPS question: How likely would you recommend our products to your friends? Additional question to know more about the punctuation obtained and a text field for leaving comments and/or suggestions.
  3. Thank you page. 

The template allows you multiple options to configure your survey. Edit the configuration and customize it to suit your needs. Adjust the dates and add your logo and texts to give it the look & feel of your brand.

In addition, you can set up an email to send to your users, through our email sending platform, and have them answer the survey.
