CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE (3 COLUMNS OPTION)
This template allows you to set up a campaign with voting, as a survey with three columns in desktop version and one in mobile, in which participants have to choose their favorite option among the ones you propose.
What does it include in the template?
The template is already preconfigured. It includes:
- Landing with main and background image, as well as a field to add a description explaining the action and how to participate.
- Data form with the fields (name, surname, and email) and option for the user to upload his/her photo from a device and write his/her text.
- Participation form with options to vote, configured with the answer option 'Answer to choose between several options'. On desktop, the voting options will be displayed in three columns and, on mobile, in one column.
- Legal bases page to include the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
- Thank you page that you can customize with a message.
